LMS Fragrances was founded with the vision of making fine perfume affordable to everyone and empowering women and men to build strong businesses of their own. As a d'essense Fragrance Consultant, you are a part of a highly motivated group of ethically-minded entrepreneurs who enjoy the warmth of presenting beautiful products to your family, friends and acquaintances.    

The LMS commitment is to build a company based on the highest ethical values and impeccable integrity. Our goal is to create an organization that is known for its standards of conduct and is treasured by its customers, employees, and independent consultants.   

Headquartered in beautiful Santa Barbara, California, we are represented by Independent Consultants across the country. The company was founded by Robert and Susan Suh, a husband-and-wife team, each with more than 20 years of management experience in a number of industries. (meet our Founders) The company also has a Board of Advisors comprised of accomplished business leaders who help charter the course for the company and ensure it remains on track. (meet our Board)

By the way, LMS Fragrances, Inc. is our official corporate name. It stands for Lauren and Matthew Suh, the founder's children. d'essense is the official trade name of the company. The two names, LMS Fragrances and d'essense are used interchangeably.
